Terms of Service
These terms describe the current review-before-send Communication Suite offered by Kite & Key Consulting.
Effective August 12, 2026The service
The Communication Suite helps authorized business users prepare customer-facing and internal communication from information they provide. Availability depends on the workspace plan, enabled communication capabilities, and enabled service lines.
Human review is required
Generated content may be incomplete or inaccurate. The customer is responsible for reviewing facts, recipients, tone, claims, prices, dates, warranties, legal requirements, and suitability before using or sending any output. The current service does not send customer messages autonomously.
Accounts and workspaces
Users must provide accurate information, protect their credentials, and use only workspaces they are authorized to access. A workspace represents one business or brand. Access may be suspended for nonpayment, misuse, security risk, or violation of these terms while permitted history and account access may remain available as described in the product.
Fees and billing
Fees, trial terms, included capabilities, service lines, and usage allowances are stated in the applicable proposal, order, or invoice. FreshBooks is used for invoicing and payment administration. Unless a written agreement says otherwise, purchasing one workspace does not grant access for additional businesses or brands.
Prohibited reliance
The service is not a substitute for legal, tax, medical, payroll, engineering, safety, diagnostic, estimating, or other licensed professional advice. Customers may not present generated material as a professional conclusion unless it has been independently verified by an appropriately qualified person.
Customer content
Customers retain their rights in information they submit and grant Kite & Key the limited permission needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the requested service. Customers represent that they have the right and appropriate consent to submit that information.
Service changes
Capabilities may be added, improved, limited, or retired. We will use reasonable efforts to provide notice when a material change affects a paid customer's current package.
Disclaimer and limitation
The service is provided on an as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kite & Key disclaims implied warranties and is not responsible for decisions, commitments, or messages sent without appropriate customer review. Additional limitations may appear in a signed customer agreement.
